How do I book/order an invitation set?

House Invitation Collections:

Bespoke Invitation Set:
If you’re looking for a bespoke set get in touch by filling out the bespoke invitation form

How much do your designs cost?

You can find my price list here. Bespoke invitation collections include a design fee of £200 plus printing costs.

When should I order my wedding stationery?

I would recommend you order your stationery at least 8 weeks before you intend to send them out to allow time for designing, printing and delivery.

When should I send my save the dates/invitations out?

Save the dates:
As soon as you have your date and venue secured, it’s time to start ordering your save the dates. On average most couples send out their save the dates between 1 - 2 years before their wedding date. This amount of time comfortably allows guests to save money, book hotels, arrange child care and secure time off work.

Invitations:
As a rule of thumb, invitations should be sent out between 4 months and a year before your wedding day.

How many invitations do I need?

One invitation is usually given to each household, couple or individual. I recommend ordering an extra 10 – 15 invitations to cater for last-minute additions, miss-calculations, beautiful keepsakes, one getting lost in the post etc. If you are a few short reprints of small quantities can be very costly.

What are the print processes?

Standard Digital Printing:
A full-colour printing process using a high-volume printer.

Hot Foil:

Hot foil/block foiling is a similar process to letterpress where the hot foil is stamped onto card stock. This leaves your foiled elements slightly debossed and textured in a delicate manner. Like digital foil, it is available in a range of metallic colours.

Digital Foil:
A budget-friendly version of hot foil printing. Digitally printed foil results in a flat print product, without any texture or de-bossing but retains a striking mirror finish. All digital foil invitations are coated with velvet lamination. It is available in a range of metallic colours.

How long will it take to receive my stationery?

My timescales are as follows:

  • 3 to 6 weeks for house invitation collection orders

  • 6 to 8 weeks for bespoke design orders

Turnaround time will depend on my availability at the time of ordering and the amount of time it takes you to approve your draft(s) for printing.

Can I see mock-ups of my stationery?

Upon ordering and paying your deposit, you will receive up to 3 digital pdf proofs of your personalised wedding invitation set so you can check all your details and request any necessary changes so you can sign them off and I can send them to print.

Can I make changes to a design from the house collections?

I can make small changes such as changing the wording, colours or fonts on any of my house collection designs. Anything bigger than this becomes a bespoke design and includes my bespoke design charge.

Can you copy a design for me?

I’m afraid I can’t copy anything that you find on Instagram/Pinterest/anywhere else on the internet. I can draw inspiration from the designs you have found to create a Bespoke Design. Copying a design from another stationer is copyright infringement & breaches intellectual property rights.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to all the stationery I create being personalised to you, all printed stationery items are non-refundable. I cannot accept returns due to any errors. It is your responsibility to ensure the wording and spelling on all your stationery is correct before signing off for print.
