Exciting times! You're ready to order your wedding stationery, what next?

01. | House collection or bespoke?
The first thing to decide is whether you'd like a design from my House Collection or if you'd prefer a bespoke design. My price list can help you figure out the cost of your stationery set.
02. | Order Form
Next, fill out the House Collection order form or the Bespoke Collection form as thoroughly as possible. The more details I have the faster the ordering process will be.
03. | Deposit
Within 3 working days of receiving your order form, I will contact you via email with a quote and answer any questions you may have. Upon agreement of design work, I will send you an invoice for 50% of the total cost in order to begin design work. *It is important to note that I am not responsible for any delays caused by unpaid invoices or unanswered emails.
04. | Design time
Upon receiving payment I will begin designing your stationery collection. For house collection sets, lead time is 2 - 4 weeks, and for bespoke collection sets lead time is 4 - 8 weeks.
05. | Amends
Once I have finished designing your full set, I will email you a digital pdf proof for you to double and triple-check. Should you need to make any changes or find any errors, I will correct them as soon as possible so your stationery set is perfect. There are three rounds of revisions included with your order. Any further revisions cost £25 per revision.
06. | Sign-off & final payment
After you’ve thoroughly checked your stationery collection and you’re happy to sign it off to go to print, I will send you an invoice for the remaining 50% of your order. Please check all details and spellings extremely carefully. I cannot be held responsible for any errors that are missed upon sign-off. Reprints are often expensive.
07. | Printing
Upon receiving your final balance I will then send your order to print. Print lead times are on average 7 - 10 working days before they get back to me to check.
08. | Quality checks
Once I receive your order I will thoroughly check your stationery set to make sure everything is perfect and add any additional finishes you have requested.
09. | Delivery
Your order will be delivered either via 1st Class Royal Mail or DPD. You will receive a tracking number so you can watch your order’s journey.
